High Powered LED Floodlight for Sports Lighting Applications

 

Most manufacturers design lighting fixtures by implementing lens and reflector technologies for desired light distribution. These existing LED lighting methods, depending on the characteristics of the light, will spread to a wider area, including areas that do not need illumination, potentially leading to light pollution and energy inefficiency. FEATURES

Lightweight

The advantage of aluminium fin heat dissipation is that it reduces weight by approximately 30% to 40%. This is beneficial compared to traditional die-cast aluminium lamps for sports field lighting installations, as it decreases the loading weight of the pole and reduces the workload of the installer.

Folded Fin

This approach allows you to improve thermal performance while adding minimal weight. Folded Fin heatsinks use a continuous strip of aluminum sheet metal affixed to an aluminum base plate. The advantage of Folded Fin compared to extruded heatsinks is higher aspect ratios and thinner fins, which increase surface area and lower thermal resistance. The stamping riveting process, which is not welded, ensures that the aluminium fins fit more closely with the aluminium board, creating a larger surface contact area for heat transfer from the LED chips to the heat sink, resulting in faster heat dissipation.

Surface Treatments

The surface of the heat sink is treated with an environmentally friendly and recyclable powder electrostatic spraying process, making it resistant to corrosion, oxidation, and aging.
